What You’ll Do Day to Day
Auto Parts Sales Representative
Your day starts on the phones and messages. Repair shops, body shops, mechanics and drivers call, text and email looking for used engines, transmissions, transfer cases, body panels and other used OEM parts. You check what we have on the shelf and in the yard, confirm fitment by VIN and interchange, give a clear quote, and close the sale. You’ll also follow up on open quotes, handle pickups at the counter, and build repeat relationships with local shops that buy from us every week.
Inventory Associate
You keep our 12,000+ parts organized and ready to sell. That means pulling parts from donor vehicles and racks, tagging and labelling them, taking clear photos, and putting each part on the right shelf location so the sales team can find it fast. You’ll also stage parts for customer pickup and prepare items for shipping across Canada. Accurate inventory is what makes every sale possible, so attention to detail matters here. See the kind of vehicles we part out on our New Arrivals page.
Auto Parts Helper
This is a hands-on job for someone who knows cars. You move parts around the yard and warehouse, from small modules up to engines, transmissions, doors and bumpers; identify parts and part numbers; tag, label and shelve them; take photos for our online listings; and pull, pack and crate parts for local pickup and shipping across Canada. Mechanic, apprentice or parts-counter experience is a big plus, and forklift experience helps.
Tools and Systems You’ll Learn
We run a modern auto recycling operation. You’ll work with the Checkmate yard management system, the Car-Part.com interchange and parts-locating network, the Photomate app for part photos, and our online store on eBay. No experience with these systems? We’ll show you how they work on the job.
Who Should Apply
These auto parts jobs in Calgary are a good fit if you like cars, enjoy solving problems, and want steady full-time work close to home in southeast Calgary. Experience at an auto parts store, dealership parts counter, repair shop or another auto recycler is a plus, but we value reliability, a good attitude and a willingness to learn just as much.
